Cedar rosolio
Instructions
Put to soak the cedar bark with alcohol for 7 days, taking care to stir every evening.
Prepare a syrup with the water and sugar and, when cold, pour in alcohol.
Let stand for 3 days, flipping the bottle once a day because the syrup mix with alcohol, then carefully filtered, bottled and corked tightly.
Stored in cool, dark place and consumed not earlier than a month.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 500 g of alcohol at 90 degrees
- 300 g of sugar
- 300 g of water
- 600 g of cedar zest (colored part only)
