Strawberry Liqueur (Rosolio di Fragole)
Instructions
Place for 20 days to macerate strawberries in alcohol.
Prepare a syrup by dissolving sugar in water and, when it is completely cool, mix it with alcohol.
Add vanilla, mix and carefully filtered and bottled and corked tightly.
During the first week you tip the bottle once a day.
You will save in a cool place for six months before consuming.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 500 g of alcohol at 90 degrees
- 150 g of water
- 500 g of strawberries
- 500 g of sugar
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla
