Roll with cream
Instructions
A rectangular Cake Pan lined with aluminum foil; heat the oven to 200 degrees.
Separate the egg yolks from the egg whites, beat the latter in the snow and the yolks in a bowl with sugar until light and foamy will; Add 3 tablespoons water, flour, baking powder, vanilla and egg whites.
Spread the mixture into the cake tin, bake for 15 minutes and levatelo from the oven.
Immediately turn it upside down on a towel, spread it fast with the chestnut cream softened with cream, roll it, wrap it up in a towel and leave it to cool.
Serve cut into slices and roll, if you like, serve with unsweetened whipped cream.

- 80 g of flour
- 100 g of sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 sachet of vanillin
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- 200 g of sweetened chestnut purée
- 4 tablespoons of creme fraiche (optional)
