Instructions
Let boil dried chestnuts, previously softened in a little hot milk, then dip the potato masher, mix the past 1/2 glass of milk, brandy and icing sugar.
Mix with care; spread the mixture on wax paper, cover it with whipped cream sweetened, wrap it with salami and put it in the fridge for 3 hours.
