Quartirolo cheese wheels with saffron and dried fruits
Instructions
Put in a pan with two tablespoons of olive oil, basil, cream, chopped into pieces the quartirolo and cook over low heat.
Boil the pasta, drain it al dente, pour into the pan with the Saffron diluted in 1/2 glass of water, add the mascarpone cheese and nuts and mix.

- 150 g of type pasta wheels
- 50 g of quartirolo cheese
- 60 g of mascarpone
- 60 g of cream
- 10 cl of olive oil extra virgin
- 5 leaves of basil
- 4 nuts
- 5 almonds
- 10 pine nuts
- 3 pistils of saffron
