Sweet salami
Instructions
Beat the yolks with 2 tablespoons sugar until you have a soft cream.
Add the melted butter, 100 g of sugar mixed with three tablespoons of cocoa and the glass of rum.
Mix well until all the ingredients are well blended.
Crumble cookies and join us at all.
Mix well, then pour the mixture onto wax paper carefully, and close it after having rolled up like a salami.
Put in the fridge until you become very hard.
Remove the paper and serve in slices.
