Cranberry sauce
Instructions
Wash cranberries well, liberateli of leaves and put them in a pot.
Add water and simmer a few minutes in covered container.
Extract the blueberries with the slotted spoon, colateli well and then, a few at a time, run through a sieve.
Put in pot the past, dilute with water adding a tablespoon at a time to give the desired density sauce; Add the sugar, a little at a time because you can't give a precise measurement: in fact the amount to embed will vary according to taste.
