Strawberry sauce
Instructions
In a saucepan pour the water, add the sugar, stir and put moderately fire cooking the syrup for 8-10 minutes.
Clean and wash the strawberries, drain and dry them very well.
Pass through a knitting mill.
Mix the past sugar syrup, stir, sprinkle with a shot of liquor.
This sauce can be served with all kinds and particularly with the pistachio.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 300 g of strawberries
- 50 g of sugar
- 10 cl of water
- 1 dram of kirsch (or maraschino)
