Sundried tomato sauce
Instructions
Put washed and chopped tomatoes in a pan with a few tablespoons of oil and one of water, a pinch of chilli and one of oregano.
Cook in a Bain-Marie until the sauce turns a homogeneous consistency.
Excellent for pasta or rice.
