Sauce for pizzelle bells
Instructions
In a saucepan, scald the tomatoes peeled and crushed with sugar and a pinch of salt until the liquid evaporates.
Sauté oil, garlic and chilli.
pour the sauce over the tomatoes, stir and let stand.
When serving add crushed Basil tomatoes by hand and pour on pizzelle.
