Savarin stuffed with cream and nutella
Instructions
Prepare the dough by dissolving the yeast with the milk, 25 g of sugar and a pinch of salt.
Mixed with the flour, butter and egg yolks.
Eight buttered moulds, savarin stuff them with the dough and let it rise until the dough has filled them.
Bake at 200 degrees for 35 minutes.
Prepare a syrup with sugar and 250 g 350 g water, immerse the savarin and let them drip.
Divide them in half horizontally, the cannoli with Chocolate and place on a serving dish and stuffed the hole with whipped cream.
