Instructions
After clean berries, leaves and roots put them to soak in a glass jar with grappa, honey, sugar and cinnamon.
Close the jar taking care of every 4 days its overthrow.
Let macerate for about forty days, and then filtered and bottled.
Although the amount of herbs make think of a liquor by the strong taste, actually you will get a mixture of perfumes definitely delicate and pleasing.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 200 cl of grappa
- 20 berries juniper
- 3 pieces of gentian root
- 1 sprig of ruta
- 4 tablespoons of honey
- 5 leaves of wild mint
- 5 g of cinnamon
- 40 g of sugar
