Celery root gratin
Instructions
Browse celery tino to heart and check the core, discard tough outer ribs and remove the filaments.
Cut the ribs into pieces of about 10 cm.
Pass the celery in cold water and wash them thoroughly.
Time in a pot with boiling water and let boil for a few minutes.
Drain, rinse under water and dry.
Put a frying pan a knob of butter, chopped onion and chopped ham into small pieces.
FRY then add celery and seasoning.
