Instructions

15 cl of water boiled with sugar.

Beat the egg yolks and add gradually the sugar syrup.

On low heat melt chocolate with milk and incorporate it to eggs.

Combine the chestnut puree mixture and whipped cream and mix gently.

Pour into a mold and keep in refrigerator at least 6 hours before serving.
