Instructions

With milk, eggs, flour and sugar do the custard.

Pour half into a bowl.

The remaining cream cocoa, add two or three tablespoons of milk, put on the fire for a few minutes.

Pour into a second Bowl.

Put the cream in the refrigerator.

Whip the cream with one tablespoon of vanilla sugar, divide it in half, pour the creme.

A mould lined with film, pour a cream and then the other.

Place in freezer 12 hours.
