Puff pastry of the feast
Instructions
The doses are for 50 puff pastry.
Grease and flour a large ovenproof plate.
Place on floured pastry Board puff-pastry dough (defrosted) is fanned out to a thickness of about 3 mm, then with stencils cut many different shapes: hearts, stars, flowers, half moons, etc.
Brush the surface of the puff pastry with the egg white beaten lightly, then sprinkle with sugar; place on the prepared plate, leaving them little spaced between them because the puff-pastry dough during baking retires.
Put the plate in the oven already warm to 190 degrees and cook approximately prawn crackers 10 minutes, until puffy and Golden will be well.
Let them cool, then place them on a riser on which you place a tavagliolino Fund; serve at teatime or for children for breakfast.
In Tin boxes you keep for 2-3 days.

- 1 pack of puff pastry (350 g packs)
- 5 tablespoons of granulated sugar
- 1 egg whites
- Little of butter
- Little of flour
