Vegetable pie with tomatoes and toast bread
Instructions
Cut leeks into rings and diced peppers.
Chop the onion and FRY in a pan for 5 minutes.
Meanwhile, blanch the peas for 10 minutes.
Drain and put into the pan.
Jump for 2 minutes, add tomatoes and sauté for a further 30 minutes.
Then put the mixture into a mould and bake with croutons of bread for 5 minutes at 180 degrees.
Serve with a drizzle of raw oil.

- 100 g of leeks
- 1/2 red onion
- 2 sweet yellow peppers
- 50 g of peas
- 50 g of tomatoes
- 2 cl of olive oil extra virgin
