Flan cake
Instructions
In a bowl, shell the eggs, add the sugar and mount them with a whisk until a creamy swells.
Incorporate the flour, milk, vanilla sugar and drained apricots and cut into pieces and then mix well.
Grease with butter a mould, pour the mixture and smooth it.
Cook in oven at 180 degrees for 1 hour.
Let it cool down and pull out.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 1 box of apricots in syrup (500 g boxes)
- 4 eggs
- 150 g of sugar
- 100 g of flour
- 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
- 1 glass of milk
- Butter
