Sweet cigars
Instructions
Place the egg whites in a bowl and mount them until foamy soda well, adding a few drops of lemon juice.
Gently stir the sugar and the flour sieved, then add the butter, melted and warm, and a pinch of vanilla powder and stir to mix well all ingredients.
Grease and flour the baking plate, then lay over the dough and spread dollops split each of them with a trowel in order to obtain 4 cm rectangles; place in hot oven (200 degrees) for 4-5 minutes.
When the pastry will be golden rectangles, soak off the plate and, as long as they are warm, roll them up on a wooden applicator stick, in order to obtain small cylinders.
To have ' cigars ' perfect, having rolled the dough rectangles on wooden sticks, tie one by one with a strip of cloth and leave them in until they are completely cool.
If you want to store these cookies, store them, when they are cold, in a tin box, inframezzandoli with greaseproof paper: you remain fragrant for three weeks.
