Sorbet in sauternes
Instructions
Pour the wine and water into a pot and place it over the fire but only to cool the wine.
Incorporate cream sugar with a whisk, mix well and add it to warm wine.
Go to the mixer 2/3 minutes, then pour into ice cream maker.
Will be ready when it does look but softly creamy ice cream.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 1 bottle of sauternes wine
- 20 cl of water
- 250 g of sugar
- 100 g of creme fraiche (or cream)
