Instructions

Boil for 2-3 minutes 10 cl water with sugar.

Liquidize the pulp of melon and blend with sugar syrup mixing well.

Put the mixture in the freezer for 3 hours time every 20-30 minutes.

Combine the 1/2 egg white snow mounted and put into the freezer until everything is well frozen, turning every 30 minutes.

Serve in cups cold well.
