Instructions
Put in a pan 10 cl of water and sugar and bring to a boil.
Boil for 2-3 minutes until sugar is completely dissolved.
Let the syrup cool.
Liquidize the pulp of melon and fold very well in syrup.
Pour mixture into ice cream maker and programmed according to the instructions.
In half the time expected combine the egg white and 1/2 finish the preparation.
Store in a covered container in freezer until ready to serve.
