Instructions
Melt the butter in a pan and pour the flour, sugar, milk and coffee.
Mix well and let it boil for 3 minutes.
When cold add the egg yolks and egg whites.
Pour everything into a mold and let it cook for 30 minutes in the oven.
When cooked garnish with chocolate chips and whipped cream; serve immediately before the soufflé will "deflate".
