Hot soufflé grand marnier
Instructions
Sweeten the milk and put it to boil slowly.
Separately, mix the softened butter with the flour, then pour over, a little at a time, obtaining a cream milk.
Temporarily remove from heat and add Grand Marnier, then work the mixture by combining the egg yolks, one at a time, by embedding them well.
Beat the egg whites until stiff and add to the mixture, with great delicacy.
Pour the mixture into a mold for soufflés, lightly buttered and rehearsed with sugar.
Cook over medium heat for 25 minutes, without opening the mold.
Remove from heat and serve immediately.

- 50 cl of milk
- 150 g of sugar
- 50 g of butter
- 50 g of flour
- 5 cl of grand marnier cordon rouge
- 5 egg yolks
- 7 egg whites
