Frozen soufflé
Instructions
Put the egg yolks and sugar in a saucepan, put them behind bars for a few minutes, then add 1 glass of liqueur and cook in a double boiler over low heat.
Stir constantly until the mixture is doubled in volume.
Remove from heat and cool.
Join the rest of the liquor, the egg whites sodissima, cream and mix gently.
Pour souffle into a mold and place it in the freezer for 2 hours before serving.
To pull out dip the mold in warm water a few moments.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 2 cups of grand marnier
- 100 g of sugar
- 4 egg yolks
- 3 egg whites
- 25 cl of whipped
