Instructions
The Blue Blazer must be served piping hot and sipped slowly.
To prepare it you have to have 2 heavy glasses and rather high.
Rinse with hot water and then pour boiling water and honey into 1 cup and stir until the honey has dissolved.
Heat the whisky in a saucepan until hot, but not boiling, and pour it in the second glass.
Switch It On.
Pour the Whiskey carefully, alternately in two glasses.
When the flames are getting paid off in another glass.
Squeeze the lemon peel and let it fall in.
Ingredients and dosing for 1 person
- 6/6 irish whisky
- 2 tablespoons of honey
- 3 tablespoons of boiling water
- 1 lemon zest
