Instructions
Chopped pineapple slices; Peel and cut into 8 slices banana; Peel apples, cut into 8 wedges; remove the orange peel and peel the cloves to vivo.
Collect sugar into a flat and round pieces of fruit to sugar covering.
Strung on 4 skewers of fruit pieces (2 pieces of each variety to skewer).
Place the ends of the skewers on a baking sheet so that the fruit does not touch the bottom of the bowl and put them in the oven already warm.
After 5 minutes the sugar caramelized then baked it.
Grate the chocolate, fondetelo in a Bain-Marie and, using a teaspoon, have it fall in line on skewers.
Then solidify and serve.
