Instructions
Get some wooden skewers.
Peel the fruit, cut it into cubes not too small and fit it over the brochettes alternating the fruits.
Prepare a caramel with the sugar in a pan with 4 tablespoons of water and cook over medium heat until sugar is melted and Golden caramel.
Arrange the skewers on a baking paper and irrorarli with caramel on all sides.
Before serving them wait until the caramel has completely hardened.

- 400 g of mixed fresh fruit
- 200 g of sugar
- 4 tablespoons of water
