Instructions

Prepare coffee, sweeten with 60 g of sugar and half of it melt chocolate.

In the other half, dissolve the gelatine.

Beat the egg yolks with sugar, add milk and cook the cream on low heat.

Incorporate the isinglass and melted chocolate.

Finally add the whipped cream.

Pour the cream in a bowl and keep it in the refrigerator until ready to bring to the table.
