Instructions
Peel apples, remove the core and place them in a baking dish.
Bake in hot oven at 160 degrees for 20 minutes.
Pass the Mashers.
Combine the sugar, the vanilla and the egg whites slightly beaten.
Work the mixture with a whisk for 20 minutes.
When you become a soft foam split into 4 bowls, garnish with the biscuits and serve.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 500 g of apples renette
- 2 egg whites
- 200 g of sugar
- 1 sachet of vanillin

- Language of cat biscuits
