Pear mousse (2)
Instructions
Peel and slice the pears.
Put them in a saucepan with the sugar and 2 tablespoons water.
Cook over low heat until they almost unmade.
Leave to cool, then blend.
Stir in the cream and divide the mousse into 4 bowls.
Decorate them with the languages of cat and serve.

- 4 soft large pears
- 100 g of sugar
- 200 g of unsweetened whipped cream
