Instructions
Let the butter soften at room temperature.
Working with a wooden spoon until it becomes a smooth cream.
Go to mixer tuna and all remaining ingredients.
Combine the butter and mix well.
Place the cream in a glass bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.

- 200 g of tuna
- 4 anchovy fillets
- 10 g of capers
- 20 g of pickled gherkins
- 100 g of butter
- Lemon juice
