Instructions

In a saucepan melt the butter and add the milk, sugar and half of the brandy.

Boil and then remove from heat.

Then add the yolks of the eggs and egg whites and the rest of the butter.

Mix well and pour into an oiled baking tray.

Bake for 30 minutes and serve bathing with the brandy.
