Apple spumoni
Instructions
Peel the apples, cut them into cubes and let them cook for 20 minutes, just covered with water, with grated lemon peel and 3 tablespoons sugar.
Meanwhile, soften the isinglass in cold water, and then let it dissolve in a saucepan with 1/2 glass of water and add to apples, stirring; combine the lemon juice and brandy.
Mix and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
Add the whipped cream and remaining sugar and divide the cream into cups.
