Spumotto mascarpone stuffed with nutella
Instructions
Mounted slightly cream into a bowl, add all ingredients except pistachios.
Work the mixture vigorously with a whisk and divide it into cups.
Decorate with chopped pistachios and leave in the refrigerator for 45 minutes before serving.

- 250 g of mascarpone
- 1 cup of cream
- 2 tablespoons of rum
- 1 tablespoon of powdered sugar
- 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
- 1 tablespoon of peeled and chopped pistachios
- 250 g of nutella
