Instructions
Make puff pastry and roll a thin rectangle.
Work the cream cheese; combine sugar, butter, egg and egg yolk, raisins softened and squeezed, grated lemon peel.
Mix and spread the filling on half pastry.
Roll it up and close the ends.
Spennellatela of melted butter, bake in the oven at 220 degrees for about an hour.
