Instructions
Carefully clean the fruit, peeled and cut into pieces.
Cook together sugar for thirty minutes (or if you prefer less sweet juice decreased the dose), then turn off and let cool.
After passed all hermetically Mashers and then bottled, making sure not to arrive at the border but keeping below a couple of inches.
Finally you sterilize the bottles in boiling water for half an hour.

- 5000 g of fruit (peaches, grapes, apples, pears, oranges)
- 1000 g of sugar
