Berry juice
Instructions
Clean the berries with a clean cloth and crush, collecting the juice in a bowl.
Let ferment for two days, stirring occasionally with wooden spoon.
After everything is filtered and then boil together sugar, skim and continue cooking until it becomes dense enough.
Let cool and then bottled tightly and finally you sterilize the bottles in boiling water for half an hour.

- 5000 g of berries (blueberries, blackberries, currants)
- 1000 g of sugar
