Pistachio bomb
Instructions
Assorted candied fruit cut into cubes (you can also buy it already cut) and put it in a bowl.
Cut into tiny cubes the Spong cake and add the candied fruit.
Whip the cream to very consistent snow and add prepared ingredients, stirring gently with a wooden spoon.
Put now the pistachio gelato (bought ready or prepared at home, in a hemispherical mold, you'll wet internally; press it well with a wet spoon, pushing him against the walls, so as to create a large central cavity.
Do you have in it the mixture of candied fruit, cake and cream, livellandone the surface with the back of a spoon.
Keep in the freezer for at least 2-3 hours.
After this time, put the dessert on the serving dish (to make this operation easier, dip the mold in hot water) and serve immediately.

- 200 g of assorted candied fruit
- 100 g of spong cake
- 750 g of whipping cream
- 350 g of pistachio ice cream (see recipe)
