Instructions
Peel apples, remove the core and cut into thin slices and regular in shape.
Put 120 g sugar and 60 g of butter in a pan of 28 cm in diameter, flame resistant, and caramel sweet focus.
Arrange the Apple slices in a radial pattern on the caramelized sugar, spolverizzarle sugar and sprinkle with calvados or grappa.
With a fork, stir the flour and butter with lemon, then add the egg and milk, mixing quickly with your fingertips.
Roll out the dough, forming a disc of 29 cm in diameter and place over apples in pan, tucking the edges well.
Bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
When the pasta is golden, flip the cake on a serving dish and serve warm.
This dessert is usually served with freshly sweetened cream and slightly fitted, or with sour cream or vanilla ice cream.
