Small pastries to pomegranate
Instructions
Place the egg yolk with sugar, then combine the mascarpone and the isinglass diluted with orange liqueur.
With the cream and well cooled, fill the small pastries and decorate them with grains of Pomegranate.

- 200 g of mascarpone
