Small pastries with cream and cedar
Instructions
Mix the milk, sugar, yolks, lime and flour, add a pinch of vanillin and boil.
Roll out the pastry and form many round layers.
Bake at 150 degrees for 7-8 minutes and stuffed with cream.

- 200 g of short pastry
- 100 g of grated citron
- 3 tablespoons of sugar
- 3 tablespoons of flour
- 2 egg yolks
- 25 cl of milk
- 1 pinch of vanillin
