Sprint tartlets
Instructions
Work in a bowl the egg yolks with the flour and sugar.
Heat the milk with coffee, stir the mixture to the prepared cream and Cook, stirring, for 5 minutes.
Sprinkle with brandy and let cool.
Mix the hazelnut cream with cream and distribute the mixture into small pastries.
Cover with coffee cream and whipped cream.
Refrigerate before serving.

- 2 egg yolks
- 20 g of flour
- 70 g of sugar
- 20 cl of milk
- 2 cups of coffee
- Brandy
- 100 g of whipped
- 250 g of hazelnut cream
- Small pastries ready
