Fruit canapes
Instructions
Wash and clean the fruit; halved strawberries, sliced bananas and sprinkle with lemon juice.
Peel the Kiwis and cut into wedges.
With a pit cut out from the pan of Spain six discs, spalmateli with a little jam, sprinkle over the fruit by alternating colors.
Put in a saucepan three tablespoons of jam with a little water, dilute it to low fire, intingetevi a brush and pass on the fruit to make it glossy.
Garnish with dollops of sweetened whipped cream.
