Instructions
Beat the butter with the sugar, add the coffee and lukewarm melted chocolate in a double boiler; stir until you have a smooth consistency.
With the dough you make balls as big as a marble, put them in powdered sugar, place them in paper baking cups and served at the end of the meal at the moment.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 240 g of chocolate
- 110 g of butter
- 150 g of granulated sugar
- 200 g of icing sugar
- 1/2 cup of coffee
