Chocolate Truffles (Tartufi al Cioccolato)
Instructions
Melt the chocolate in a double boiler, reduce bitterness powdered sugar icing (with a coffee grinder).
Put the softened butter in a bowl and knock it in cream, by joining the sugar, then add the egg yolks and melted chocolate stirring long to make homogeneous ingredients, perfumed with the liquor, stir and then let it sit, take the cream and shaped to size of small walnuts that rolling in cocoa, let it sit in the fridge.

- 400 g of bitter chocolate to stick
- 200 g of sugar
- 200 g of butter
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 small glass of grand marnier
- 100 g of cocoa
