Instructions
Prepare the batter with a beaten egg, flour and water.
Let rest in refrigerator.
Cut the vegetables into small pieces and emerge them, along with fish, into the batter.
Dipped in oil and FRY.
The sauce is prepared by heating, no boil, soy sauce, sweetened sake and dashi (fish stock restricted by adding dried mushrooms).
Add, after removing the flame, ginger and horseradish.

- 100 g of shrimp
- 100 g of squid
- 1 eggplant
- 1 courgette
- 1 potato
- 1 onion
- Frying oil
- For the batter:
- 1 egg
- 1 glass of water
- 200 g of flour
- For the sauce:
- 1 glass of water
- Soy sauce
- Sake
- Dashi
- Ginger
- Horseradish
