Instructions

Make a smooth batter with eggs, flour, salt, milk and melted butter.

Prepare the pancakes by pouring each time a tbsp of batter into a small frying pan just anointed with butter.

In a bowl mix the ricotta with the softened butter, egg yolks, raisins are wet and wring, the egg whites.

Grease a round baking dish, alternate layers settle the crepes and the ricotta cream, finished with a crepe.

place in the oven at 190 degrees for three quarters of an hour.

Drafted and serve.
