Tintoretto
Instructions
Put into Blender jug half apricots with lemon juice, crushed ice and 4-5 tablespoons prosecco.
You start on the second speed and blend for a few seconds.
Pour the remaining milk into two flutes (previously-made ice in the freezer for at least 10 minutes), add the apricot brandy and pour, very slowly, the smoothie.
Stir gently, and serve.

- 4 apricot halves in syrup
- 1/2 lemon (juice)
- 1 tablespoon of ice
- 1/4 bottle of prosecco wine
- 2 tablespoons of apricot brandy
