Strawberry tiramisu
Instructions
Clean the strawberries and leave them to soak for about an hour in lemon juice.
Put everything in a blender until obtaining a ' strawberry cream '.
Whip the cream by adding at the end a little sugar (according to taste).
Drench pavesini well in strawberry and cream form a layer on the bottom of a baking pan (fit even those disposable aluminum).
Cover with a layer of whipped cream and repeat the layers until you reach the edge of the Pan or the order of ingredients.
The last layer should be of cream, in order to allow the creation of decorative motifs, perhaps using the ' sauce ' strawberries.
Let rest in refrigerator for at least a couple of hours and enjoy.
